Over the past few months I have had to deal with some really stressful issues at work.

At random times, my heart would start racing and I couldn’t focus on anything. For weeks, it continued.

I had to figure out something. And quickly. I couldn’t sleep at night, worrying and anxious with my mind racing.

I needed to find some fast, simple, inexpensive ways to de-stress that wouldn’t break the bank.

Some of the advice out there tells you to go on a nice vacation, get a massage, or go to a luxury spa for some treatments.

These all sound ideal for relaxation, but they aren’t always in the budget.

With prices increasing due to inflation with more increases to come with tariffs on the way, these aren’t always affordable.

The Calm App

I was skeptical at first but this app made me a believer. There are meditations, mindful movement videos, calming music play lists, depending on what you need — Work focus, sleep, etc. There is so much available on this app and it has something for everyone.
